We offer two services to assist property owners
Tenant Placement
Our tenant placement service includes:
- initial tour of your property
- evaluate necessary repairs to prepare your property
- determine rental rate based on the current market
- photograph and advertise your property
- show your property
- collect applications/qualify applicants
- find you the perfect tenant
- execute rental agreements/leases
- move-in inspections and documentation
At this point, the security deposit and future management will be the responsibility of the property owner. This option is great for those who like to work more closely with their tenants and be hands-on in the care-taking of their property.
Tenant placement fee - 50 percent of one month's rent.
